KU to conduct exams in offline & online mode – Times of India

KURUKSHETRA: In view of the apprehensions regarding Covid-19, transportation services and residence related issues expressed by Kurukshetra University’s (KU) affiliated colleges and students organizations, the university administration has decided to offer option of online mode along with offline to students for appearing in the examinations commencing from March 1.

KU VC Prof Som Nath Sachdeva said that students’ interest is at the top priority of the university administration.

“Students belonging to rural areas face internet issues and this decision has been taken in their interest also. Students can choose either the offline or the online mode of examination. All the information relating to the exam and date sheet will soon be uploaded on the KU website”, added KU VC.

Notably, earlier the KU administration had issued a notice of holding examinations through offline mode only and the student organizations and some colleges registered their grievances and now, the online mode has been added.
